Dear sir/mdm,

I would like to seek for a compensation from ALISAN express & tour pte ltd. on the 10 aug 2010, my friends and I , the six of us went to holiday to Kuala Lumpur for 3 days 2 nights from 7 aug 2010 . however, on the 10 aug 2010 , we waited for the bus that we booked on 30 july 2010 and it did not turn out at all. on the receipt, it is stated that the bus would reach at 2 pm in front of swiss inn hotel , however, it did not come at all . not only the six of us were there, many other passengers were also waiting at there for the whole day. as the result, we had no choice but to stayed at Kuala lumpur another day and bought another 6 tickets for all of us to go back singapore.
I think this is a very irresposible act from ALISAN express & tour pte ltd.I am sure the passengers that waited there got work or school the next day and they had to miss their work or school just because the bus did not turn up.

I think ALISAN company should do something about it. and i am looking forward for a reply to my feedback from the authority asap.
