Before I purchase my tour package to Bali for 4D3N, I went to the office to enquiry the info. The travel agent inform me the availability of flight and accommodation. Few days later, I called the agent again to double confirm the availability and the agent told me that they have booth at Natas fair, and asked me to make payment at Natas Fair. Two days later, I went to Natas Fair, and triple-checked the availability, and made the payment.
The agent called me back after 1 week, and told me that the hotel is fully booked, and asked me to top-up for another hotel due to peak season (Sep 2010). I confirmed with them for three times, and been told it is not peak season. I complaint that we should not top-up any money, but the agent kept giving a lot of excuses, and end-up we have to top-up some money for it.
I checked the website: http://www.travel…, and not only me. I am really disappointed about this.
We booked a trip to Bali with Asia Euro Holidays Pte Ltd at Chinatown Point on 25th June. The consultant asked me to pay by 28th June failing which my KLM ticket will have to be re-issued. I paid the amount at their office since they did not agree to extend by a day.
Today is 1st July, Asia- Euro has not given me airline ticket and hotel vouchers. I have been told that Hard Rock is full and there is no alternate hotel available. To my surprise, the tickets are not issued yet even after I have paid.
I have spoken to several consultants but nobody is giving me an answer. They refuse to connect me to the manager or given his name and number.
I will never ever deal with such an unprofessional organisation, I am going to sue the company if I do not get a response by this evening.
