I am very unhappy with the service at Galaxy Holidays. I made payment online for my ticket but they got my surname wrong. I requested them to change my ticket details but was asked to still “try” using the wrong ticket. When I wanted to cancel the ticket, the staff tried to make thing as difficult as possible for me.

Please avoid this agency, there are plenty of other travel agencies at People’s Park which have professional and helpful staff…..

Called the agent again, the guy told me in a sarcastic voice that refund will need 6 months and there will be a lot of additional charges. He didn’t even bother to apologize for issuing the ticket with wrong surname….
