I just tried using this company instead of bing.com/travel because I wanted to have a more personal experience and see if I could get a better deal.

Living in Singapore as an expat, I wanted to buy tickets for my parents to come visit me in Singapore from the U.S.

I called the number listed for this company, and the person just said ‘hullo’ (unprofessional Singlish). I had to ask if this was “Holiday Tours & Travel” and they said yes. Because the flights were inbound to Singapore, they transferred me to another number.

Had to go through the same routine again, and was transferred to another number. The second number was a ‘queue’ line, and disconnected and sent me back to the start of the queue 3 times…

Anyhow, got to someone after waiting in the broken queue and was transferred to yet another number.

Same routine, had me transferred to yet another number.

Finally, on the fourth number, I told the guy this was the 4th time… he said he was corporate accounts and gave me the original number!

Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I can’t imagine how this company stays in busines… I think I’ll book online.
