i would sincerely like to compliment on your staff Eulya at Choa chu kang Lot 1 branch. I have book few travel with WTS and have to thank her for being courteous,helpful and friendly. She have iniatives and suggestion is also given or informing us of other option available.

Recently & it was the 1st time we booked WTS Platinum Coach to Genting, thinking we could enjoy the facilities ie attached small TV and spacious seat, also direct transport to & flo Tampines & Genting. Along our journey to & flo we only stopped at Yong Peng for a 20 minutes short break, you could imagine how many minutes left for our food after queuing for food & taking turn went to the toilet especially for family with children and old people. But we are given 25 minutes at the dry food shop before we reached the bottom of Genting Hill when the day we were going back to Singapore. When we were in the Platinum Coach on our way back to Singapore, we were not being informed that we (my family) need to change to another Coach after Singapore Custom back to Tampines Station until we checked with the bus captain when we were at the Dry food shop. Thus, we were being transferred to Gold Coach and were being arranged seated at the last 2 row as the seats in front were occupied by the people who took this Coach directly from Genting. We were down grade to Gold Coach (no attached TV & smaller seat) without prior notice and leaving us no choice, so what the bus Captain was polite and friendly. That’s not what we had paid for! We also found out that those people who took the same Platinum Coach with us to Genting were on another Platinum Coach which brought them directly back to Tampines, so why were we not put on the same Platinum Coach instead we were put the Coach that go Ang Mo Kio Station and required us to down grade our Coach back to Tampines. We are not happy with this arrangement. We would like to have an explaination from WTS.
